Tariffs for operator services of wagons

Dear Clients,

We ask you to familiarize yourself with the procedure for provision of tariff conditions for the carriage of goods

In order to receive tariff rates for transportation of goods in carryalls owned by “Kaztemirtrans” JSC (covered wagons, gondola cars, universal platforms) you need in the export message:

1. To send an official letter addressed to E.E.Dzhumataev, the Director of Sales and Transportation Planning Department of “Kaztemirtrans” JSC with a registration outgoing number, where you need to specify the following data:

2. Send a request to tarif@kaztt.kz

3. All requests sent to tarif@kaztt.kz from 09.00 a.m. to 06.00 p.m. are registered during the current working day. The request is assigned the number of the incoming document, which is processed by the responsible manager subsequently.

4. To receive a response regarding the responsible manager, you need to call the Сall-center of “Kaztemirtrans” JSC - 8 (717-2) 613-693, 613-694, 613-695,613-696 and give your outgoing document number, so Сall-center will determine the number of the incoming document in “Kaztemirtrans” JSC and direct you to the manager, who calculates rates according to your request.

5. The term for calculation of rates is up to three working days from the moment of registration of the Client's request.

Tariffs for the provision of wagons within the Republic are calculated by regional branches.
